Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to get your order shipped within 3-5 business days from the time it is placed. If you order includes a pre-order, it will be stated, along with the expected ship date. If a delay ever occurs, we will send an email with an update.

You have 15 days from the day you receive your package to return it to us. The item must be completely unused and sell-able with tags attached. This means unwashed, unworn, no scuff marks, makeup or deodorant stains or wear and tear. Any clearance/sale items are final sales and are not eligible for return. Hats/Headwear, Custom Items, Pre-Order Items, & Car Scents are all final sales and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. You will have the option of choosing a $10 prepaid return label during the return process. This amount will be deducted from your product store credit. You can use this label or choose to use your own label.
You must put it in the mail within the 15 DAY return window from the day you received the package.
Once we receive your return & inspect it, we will send an electronic gift card to your email, as long as the item is deemed eligable for return.
Swimwear plastic lining MUST be on swim bottoms to be eligible for store credit/exchange. We will not accept any bottoms that are sent back without it.
